Jenny, was absolutely amazing and with us all the way through the ups and downs of the last few years. It’s hard to find the words to thank her for everything she has done for us. We know we set a hard task with the wedding we had dreamed about but she always brought all our ideas to life with excitement, perfection and encouragement. She helped us through the darkest times of bereavement and difficult times of planning 3 weddings with 2 venues, 2 churches and a load of suppliers. Jenny ensured we got our dream wedding when at times it seemed our dream had turned into a nightmare. She kept us calm and positive and made us believe we would have the wedding we imagined one day! All our guests have commented on how seamless the wedding was and how it was all planned to perfection with no stone left unturned. That’s down to Jenny! She worked so hard both in the build up and then for the whole weekend but kept a massive smile on her face the whole time! We both agree that for every cost we spent, having Jenny was by far the most valuable and something that no money could buy. Jenny went way beyond her job as a wedding planner and it has been a real pleasure to get to know her through the planning stages. She is now a firm friend of ours and we could not recommend her highly enough. Your wedding will definitely have that extra sparkle and magic with her by your side.

Where to begin! Jenny and her team gave us the most special, memorable and seamlessly executed wedding we could have imagined. From the first moment we met her she instilled a much needed sense of calm and it was immediately clear how very talented she was at her job, as well as being so kind, patient and fun to work with. We weren't originally sure about working with a wedding planner but we're SO glad we made the decision to and chose Jenny. Her vast knowledge and experience, her amazing relationships with suppliers, her ability to anticipate and take care of every detail (many of which we never would have thought of) and her incredible team on the day made for a completely different experience and a different calibre of wedding to if we had tried to plan and run it all ourselves. It made a world of difference that we and our families and friends could really relax and enjoy the day knowing that everything was taken care of. Where to start…! We can’t believe its already been over two months since the BEST weekend of our lives. We wanted to send the most enormous thank you for making all of our dreams come true-we genuinely couldn’t have done it without you. From site visits in gale force winds, to thinking we had lost our venue, you really were there for us throughout the entire process, right up until god knows what hour at party number three on Sunday night (we can only apologise and send our profuse thank yous for the fish and chips run!) Jenny truly made our wedding day unforgettable and we couldn't be happier with how everything went! Not being from Cornwall, Jenny's extensive knowledge and relationships with suppliers was an absolute godsend. We don’t know how to put into words just how great Jenny and her team are. My husband and I had Jenny as our wedding planner and it was the best decision we made when it came to the wedding – It made the lead up, set up and day stress free knowing she was there. We spoke with various suppliers in Cornwall who all said how fantastic she was and they were so right. We are not local to Cornwall so Jenny and her team were a true godsend. Jenny is creative, imaginative, professional, efficient but also a genuinely lovely person to be around. Her passion for planning events and weddings is infectious and she made our wedding, as cliché as it sounds a ‘dream come true’. During the planning stages someone told us that ‘the details at a wedding are what take it to the next level’ and Jenny is all about the detail! She had a contingency plan for every possible scenario, and ran a military operation in such a relaxed way with an incredible level of detail in her schedule, so it was no wonder that nothing was missed. Finally, when it came to the décor and dressing of the wedding, she very quickly caught on to the style that we wanted; taking our ideas, improving them and making them possible. Every room, table and place setting was pristine and Pinterest worthy! We can’t thank Jenny, Maisie and her team enough for everything that they did. If we could give them all 100 stars, we would. We really can’t recommend them highly enough.

I don't even know where to begin writing this review. I've thought about it for the last few days, how I can put my appreciation into words and not sure any words will do Jen justice!! Simon and I had our wedding at Port Elliot on July 1st, we were planning from the USA and definitely needed some guidance. I am in awe of how much work Jenny put into our wedding, countless hours for up to 12 months prior. I can not stop reliving the wedding day in my mind, everyone has commented on how flawless the day was, from every little detail to the flow of the events on the wedding day. Even if I weren't planning from across the pond I would want Jen by my side on my wedding day! I did not look at a watch at any point of the day/night...Jenny guided the day perfectly and thats why I was able to enjoy the wedding as much as I did. Our parents did not need to stress about timings, things to do or knowing when to cut the cake, set up the fiercest or s'mores station, the list goes on... Not only was Jen a true professional and amazing at what she does, but she is the most amazing/genuine person EVER!!! I'll need to visit her office when I'm back in the UK, she's truly just the best! Thanks Jen for making our wedding day a TRUE REAL LIFE FAIRYTALE. I am still pinching myself, I can not get over it! Thank you for the bottom of our hearts for making our wedding day ten times better than we ever could have imagines, in our wildest dreams! xoxoxox

She is the fairy godmother of weddings! With a sprinkle of magic, Jenny made our wedding dreams come true. She took our fragments of dreams and turned them into a golden, glowing reality: enchanting bride draped in French lace; 13th century church; tumbling peonies, picturesque lambs, sparklers lighting the night sky as the couple drove off in a vintage Rolls. Perfection. Both winsome and amazingly efficient, Jenny tackles any need or desire you have for a wedding. She sources hard-to-find items; she tackles difficult projects; she works tirelessly and with great good cheer, and in the end, we all live happily ever after! If you are one of those people who would never hire a wedding planner, think again. As an aesthetically opinionated and detail-oriented mother of the bride, I didn't trust anyone else's taste. I was determined to do things myself. I waited half-way through the process before contacting Jenny, and I later wished I had done so the day after the engagement. She would have saved so much hassle and planning. As it was, she made our daughter's beautiful Cornwall wedding come to life. No detail was too small; no unusual request too challenging; no task too much. She managed it all with grace and skill. She is smart, efficient, charming and unbelievably hard-working. We simply could not have given our daughter the exquisitely romantic wedding we all enjoyed at Boconnoc without her.

Everyone said afterwards - best wedding of the decade - and that's mainly down to Jenny and team who were not just a joy to work with, but had access to the best caterers, suppliers as well as her awesome attention to detail - including walking the dogs during the day and keeping the youngest of our six children entertained during the set-up days. Jenny cares about every aspect of planning and running a wedding, resulting in an event that feels both highly personal & professional, also looking after all our guests with their various questions. She was there for me from the time we started chatting through to the inevitable clear-up (a highlight was watching Maisie pushing Jenny in a wheelbarrow the day after!). She felt part of the mad Hagan-Turner clan and we miss her already! Thank you both so much - just want to do it all again! With love from us all. x

Our 51st Birthday Party was amazing and you made the planning and organisation of it so easy. I knew I had to find a pair of experienced and competent hands because we lived overseas and were planning a party in the UK. On paper you looked the best and in practice you certainly proved it. All the suppliers you guided me to were professionals and performed well what they were engaged to do. It was clear to me that they respected you and enjoyed working with you because of your stand-out professionalism. Your eyes were on everything from the marquees to the place names. No detail was left out and you were able to answer every question I had, or you remembered my question and came back to me promptly each time with an answer. The depth of your knowledge of suppliers of all kinds of hire items was unbelievable and the time you took to find suitable alternatives for what we couldn’t hire was impressive. You were calm throughout the planning and on the event day itself and even in the face of an earthquake, high winds and rain leading up to the event you were not fazed! I really felt you went above and beyond and for that We are extremely grateful. All our guests had a magnificent time. The marquees and decor were beautiful - you managed to create two very different spaces with two very distinct feels. Thank you for everything from your months of planning, to your suggestion of contractors, to all your hard work on the day(and days after) to bring off the vision we had and clear up afterwards. It was a wonderful event and we would recommend you without hesitation to anyone organising an event in Cornwall.

As soon as we approached Jenny and asked that she would be our wedding planner we knew that we had hit the jackpot! From the very instant we met Jenny she made us feel at ease and made wedding planning a dream. After being recommended by our wedding venue, bocconoc, We had video call and straight away Jenny understood what our vision was. Communication was a breeze and Jenny was always free whenever we needed even though I as a bride had the quite an erratic schedule. We produced some mood boards for Jenny to give her an idea of what we liked and from that she completely understood our vision . I would say that Jenny made our day the best version of what it could be and everything we have ever dreamed of. On the day she had the most relaxed approach, and even though we had a few changes, her organisation, time keeping and suggestions were always spot on. Jenny always supported our ideas but also gave us suggestions on what could do to make the whole day more special. She’s is extremely knowledgeable of Cornwall, even suggesting local pubs which were exactly what we had in mind when we were planning our pre wedding day evening for the guests. We fully trusted Jenny’s suggestions and recommendations for our wedding and without her our wedding wouldn’t be the same. We will be forever grateful to Jenny and would recommend anyone to approach her for wedding planning not only in Cornwall but would go as far as to say the whole country, because her knowledge and charm goes far beyond! xx

My husband and I had Jenny as our wedding planner and we couldn’t have been happier with the service we received. Jenny provided excellent support in putting together our perfect wedding, which was no small task. The brief was 180 people, and two venues in a tucked away corner of Cornwall. Our reception was in a marquee in my parent’s back garden which meant everything had to be provided by an outside supplier, from the wine to the chairs and so on – logistically a tall order. Nevertheless, Jenny brought it all together for us. She was responsive, efficient, thoughtful and a genuinely lovely person to be around. Indeed a number of our friends and family remarked to us how great they thought she was both in the lead-up and on our big day. Throughout the whole process she had an incredible knack for intuitively knowing what we did/didn’t like, without us really having to spell it out, which is a real asset of Jenny’s and made the whole process effortless on our part. We really couldn’t have asked for a better wedding planner and would highly recommend Jenny and her team!

As mother of the bride , planning a wedding from across the Atlantic Ocean is not an easy task ,for sure. How do I begin to thank you, Jenny , for all your help,guidance,and suggestions with meg and Simons wedding . I know you heard me say this many times throughout their special day, but honestly could not have planned their special day without you...You are truly amazing as a wedding planner, but even more amazing as a wonderful person. you anticipated every single detail that we never even thought of. Your assistant , jess deserves some recognition as well,, you are a great role model for her to learn from. jess.. the s'mores table presentation was just beautiful. And , to both of you, walking into the tent the day of the wedding, left me speechless , and brought tears to my eyes , we all appreciate the time and efforts by both of you to have everything look so beautiful. and , the best thing, I got to enjoy every second of the wedding , as I did not have to worry about one thing all day, as you both made sure that things went smoothly ,,,, Jenny, I will miss our Skype meetings,but hopefully will see you here in Boston as our guests when you can get some time off. Jenny is honestly the most wonderful person and we can't thank her enough for making our wedding day, the best day ever.  From the moment she was involved, she supported and guided us so that the entire wedding planning process was enjoyable. She has contacts for everything and knows everyone in the business and that was extremely helpful as we were planning a wedding in Cornwall from London. As soon as we mentioned we were working with Jenny to other suppliers they spoke so highly of her and commented we were in very safe hands. In the weeks leading up to the day, on the day and the day after she was a superhero in very fashionable disguise. We couldn't have done it without her. She is the reason the day went as smoothly as it did. Her attention to detail, organisation and creativity is truly inspiring, she honestly thinks of everything which was such a relief as it meant we had very little to worry about. She was so responsive and patient as we made up our mind about things and she really captured our vision and made it a reality. Jenny and Maisie were very professional but most importantly, so much fun to work with - it made me want to be part of the team! So many guests commented that it was the best wedding they'd been to, including their own, and we owe a lot of that to Jenny. We can't recommend her and the team highly enough, we felt honoured to work with her and couldn't have wished for a better person to help on our special day.

We vetted several wedding planners - for several reasons I was apprehensive about this concept - firstly the cost and whether it was worth the “extra” expense and secondly I was slightly nervous about the expertise and understanding that might be demonstrated for a gay (male) wedding. Jenny was our last “interview” and our first impressions were spot on, from the first time we met her, during the planning phase, and many months later during the day and evening events. She was highly experienced with bags of knowledge, passionate, professional, conscientious and also great fun. By the day of the event, I completely trusted Jenny to make the day run seamlessly and that is exactly what she did. She worked incredibly hard, made our guests feel so welcome and also took on the entire stress of various organisational issues completely - I am convinced a big part of the success of our wedding was in due to the contribution Jenny made in making sure our plans came to fruition - leaving us to really enjoy the day. She is warm, funny and attentive - she doesn’t mince her words and is straight talking - highlighting pitfalls and issues in an assertive but helpful and diplomatic way. On the day it felt like having a good friend helping us at every step and we actually really enjoyed having her around. We cannot recommend her highly enough. If you are doubting the extra expense, don’t - you won’t regret it. Thanks Jenny. You’re awesome!

To put it simply, our wedding wouldn't have happened without Jenny. Ignoring the fact she was the linchpin of the day itself, she became a friend, expert and counsellor (sorry jen!) during the planning. We loved working with Jenny, her creative vision and practical mind made all our hairbrained schemes a reality. she's no-nonsense and always on your side – something so important when entering into the scary world of weddings. Our family adored her on the day too, so many people have commented on how expert she was and the smooth nature of proceedings, none of which would have been the case if she wasn't there. Jenny really does go above and beyond, and nothing seems too much. We will not miss wedding planning, but we will miss Jenny, EASILY the best money we spent – we wouldn't change a thing and wish you every success.

Jenny went above and beyond both in run up to and on the day of our wedding. Without her our wedding wouldn't have happened. What we really appreciated and loved about her was that she was so willing and open to understand our vision for the wedding despite that it wasn't your typical traditional wedding. She understood how we wanted to make it unique and also understood what was important to us so that she could enhance those areas (for us it was the food, music, and how we did our ceremony), while the "boring" or less important stuff she happily took over so that we didn't need to. She was magic on the day of too. Neither of us had to stress about details and logistics, our guests' needs were attended to while we were able to enjoy ourselves completely stress free and soak in our special day. She was a joy to be around and every one of our guests commented about how friendly and amazing she was too. Jenny was such a joy to work with, always with a smile and calmness to her and we would recommend her to anyone who's planning a wedding whatever size, shape, or form! Thanks again Jenny! Jenny recently organised for my wife and I our 60th birthday party in Harlyn Bay North Cornwall. She is fantastically well organised and brought some real added value to the event planning. We did very little and she took care of everything. We and our 130 guests all live outside of the county but she mobilised the entire guestlist to be there on time. A number of our friends have commented how superbly well she organised the event ( and most of them are people who run their own businesses and who know what added value is really all about). Thank you Jenny for contributing in a big way to the huge success of the evening .  If anyone is reading this just book her. You wont be disappointed!

Jenny became a friend instantly the first day we met her at the exact wedding venue we ended up getting married in a year and half later. Jenny is warm, kind, attentive and a genuine pleasure to be around. Nothing is too much trouble and I mean nothing. Jenny is a serious fountain of knowledge when it comes to all things events and in particularly wedding events. On our actual wedding day Jenny was a like a maid of honour to me and was responsible for everything running seamlessly. Jenny was vital to the whole experience. My mother said ‘Jenny isn’t a luxury she’s a necessity’. She was so calm, organised and efficient. I will never forget seeing her drive past in the golf buggy one handed whilst holding a stack of chairs in the other, still smiling. I can’t recommend her more. She’s the perfect wedding planner, always in the right place, but never intrusive. She was even getting married herself the same Summer as me but was unflappable! Jenny made my dreams come true. I really do not know where to start, I would highly recommend Jenny she has a wealth of knowledge of the best caterers, suppliers, decor, photographers I could go on and on. It was difficult for us to plan our wedding as we are not from Cornwall and live in Warwickshire now looking back we choose our dog friendly Venue Cosawes Barton and from there on we were introduced to Jenny who just took care of everything else. After our one and only meeting of which we talked about our wedding style and colour schemes, our wedding breakfast and the rest... Jenny sourced and planned our wedding. Exceptional attention to detail our wedding breakfast setup was stunning to reminding me to buy easy heels (ladies only you will know walking in heels in stunning grounds). A remarkable woman who is very passionate in her work and it certainly shows. Thanks Jenny.

Jenny recently coordinated our wedding at Ocean Studios, helping to make our day perfect! From the initial meetings gathering all our important details to contacting all our suppliers, Jenny was incredibly organised and had everything covered, without me even having to ask! No query was to big or small for Jenny to answer. Jenny and her team were the welcome calming presence we needed on the day before the wedding, helping me to style the venue in line with my vision. As a designer, I had planned every last detail and had such a set idea of how I wanted the venue to look and run and Jenny exceeded my expectations. Better yet, Jenny managed all of this on the day with her team without once having to ask my husband and I for anything! We were able to relax and enjoy our day knowing everything was taken care of. Family members and guests have commented on how perfectly the wedding ran and how efficient and friendly Jenny was during the whole weekend. Myself, my husband and all our families, are so grateful for all your help and support to make our wedding day so magical. We would not hesitate to recommend Jenny! xxx

An absolutely perfect service from Jenny and the team at Jenny Wren Weddings and Events. They organised our business launch with incredible attention to detail. Knowing that events is what they do, and do brilliantly, it took a huge amount of pressure off us in the build up to the launch. We could also focus on the night on representing our brand, and not having to worry about what was happening behind the scenes. We cannot recommend Jenny Wren's enough!

Jenny is a star. Do not hesitate to book her, she will be the best money that you spend! Jenny was a life saver from 6 months before the wedding when we employed her services until the very end of the day itself. We had suppliers booked that ended up not being legit and she helped us in the middle of her hectic schedule, to find amazing replacements that far surpassed the previous suppliers. Living in Kent and marrying in Cornwall is a bit of a logistical nightmare but Jenny was so helpful with her recommendations and local knowledge; she really does know all the best people!! Our only regret is that we didn't find and book Jenny sooner!! She has the loveliest and friendliest personality and she is so kind and warm that you can't help but love her! She is so involved on the day but also so discreet. She is calm and collected (which is exactly what you want on your wedding day!) and she had everything in hand the whole day. Jenny really felt like a true friend on the day and nothing was too much trouble. My Mum and I kept saying that 'thank god' we had hired Jenny to help us out and we were not disappointed. Jenny oversaw the on the day co-ordination and day before set up for my daughter's wedding. As a Mother of the bride, I couldn't recommend her more highly. There is so much to do on a wedding day, but Jenny worked very hard, pulled everything together and quietly made sure everything we planned for happened smoothly on the day, plus many other things we hadn't thought of. This made the day so much more special and fun. Jenny's calm and professional help meant I had stress free time to support my Daughter, special time for which I will always be grateful. It also allowed the Bride and Groom to relax and enjoy the happy day I had wished for them. Thank you Jenny.

I honestly can't thank Jenny enough for her everything that she did on the run up to, during and after our wedding day and can't recommend her enough to anyone looking for an expert pair of hands to make their wedding go so smoothly. From the get go, Jenny was on hand to help with any question, query or concern - nothing was too much trouble, despite the day of the week or time of day. On the wedding day itself she completely took on any element of organisation/coordination/stress which left myself and my husband with more time to spend with our loved ones, enjoying ourselves and dancing the night away.
